The purpose of this Special Plan is to define new public networks (supramunicipal for the northern area and general for the southern area) dedicated to roadways, including parking and the improvement, expansion, or modification of existing ones. The goal is to enhance mobility capacity and flows, thereby promoting tourism sustainability. Additionally, it addresses facilities and services based on sustainability criteria to improve the municipality's resources and foster a synergistic response with the planned access and parking improvements. This Special Plan seeks to facilitate access and strengthen the mobility, facilities, and services network of the municipality to enhance the well-being of residents and tourists, while respecting and protecting the environment and the landscape.
