The Advance Phase of the Masterplan of Serranillos del Valle seeks to update the general planning guaranteeing public participation. The objective is to increase the quality of life values, adapting the planning to the dynamism of the municipality.

It seeks to incorporate sustainability criteria to integrate urban and territorial reality, as well as coordinate it with other plans and programs.

The use of new technologies and their application to urban activity are also among the objectives of this review of the masterplan of the municipality.
