For AD Arquitectura Urbana, Home Staging is a technique for preparing and staging properties designed to improve their presentation for sale, giving them character according to their type and location. Our objective in this project was to highlight the virtues of the property and creating an attractive, neutral and welcoming atmosphere that facilitates an emotional connection with the potential buyer.

This house in Madrid had great potential due to its intrinsic characteristics, such as spacious rooms, high ceilings and excellent natural lighting. The proposal focused on optimising these aspects to enhance the interior architecture and create more welcoming, modern and attractive environments for future buyers. For this property, the interventions were specific but strategic, aimed at enhancing its spatial qualities and increasing its visual appeal.

The work focused on two key elements: artificial lighting and the colour scheme of the walls. Although the intervention did not include furniture, special attention was paid to visual details such as clean finishes, smooth transitions between spaces and a coherent overall look.
